Role Overview:

Based in our Bangalore office, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations in India. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through direct sales and partnerships, while building and managing a high-performing sales team. As a key leadership position, this role comes with significant equity ownership in our high-growth venture.

Key Responsibilities:

– Drive revenue growth and market penetration across India from our Bangalore headquarters
– Build and lead a team of account managers and sales executives locally
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
– Establish partnerships with key ecosystem players in the Indian e-commerce space
– Create and implement sales processes, metrics, and reporting systems
– Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospect to close
– Represent Forcesight at industry events and forums across major Indian cities
– Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive go-to-market strategy

Required Qualifications:

– 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 5 years in commerce enablement/e-commerce solutions
– Strong network in the Bangalore/Indian startup and e-commerce ecosystem
– Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
– Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
– Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, marketplaces, and D2C brands
– Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships
– Experience selling to C-level executives and key decision makers
– Deep understanding of Indian e-commerce market dynamics, especially in major metros
