Role Overview:

We’re seeking a sharp, proactive Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with our founders in driving key strategic initiatives. This is an operator roles with a unique opportunity to get an inside view of building and scaling a high-growth SaaS startup while working on critical projects across functions. Eventually translate in 18 to 24 months to lead a team in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

– Act as a force multiplier for the founders by managing key projects and initiatives

– Prepare and analyze business presentations, reports, and strategic documents

– Coordinate with different teams to drive execution of strategic projects

– Handle founder communications and manage relationships with key stakeholders

– Support in investor relations and fundraising activities

– Track and report progress on company OKRs and key metrics

– Assist in strategic planning and decision-making processes

– Handle special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed

Required Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from top-tier institute

– 0-2 years of experience (consulting, investment banking, or startup experience preferred)

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– High proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

– Ability to work with ambiguity and drive results
